My name is Joshua F and I'm a freshman at here at our highschool. I'm part of the graduating class of 2014. Throughout my so far short lived life, people have found it hard to spell my last name and pronounce it. I hope that sometime in these next four years you will learn to spell my last name and pronounce it correctly. You'll probably remember me as the guy with the long, hard to pronounce last name.
The first thing I am going to talk about is my academic goals. My academic goals are to achieve good grades in Geography, English ,and Math. I would like to inprove in English but most of all grammer and to Improve in all my classes at school. So in the long run I'll be able to attend Brigham Young University.
The most important thing to me is my family, one of the things my dad always says is "just get it done". My mom is always the one to help me with homework. My big brother Matthew is 24 and attends BYU Provo ,and just got married. My older sister Jacquelynn is 19 and attends BYU Idaho and is on her 3rd year of college. My older sister Michaela is a junior and attends this school along with me. My younger brother
Josh's brainstorming diagram!
Jacob is in 7th grade and is home schooled.
Physical education is not the most enjoyable class for me. It is a terrible thing so I hope I can make the basketball team and baseball team so I don't have to do it. In physical education you do burpees which is a squat and then a push up and then you jump up and say huff huff. We also do perfect squats but he makes you hold them for a while. I hope physical education gets me in shape for basketball and baseball.
A major thing I want from my high school experience is to make more friends. I also want to be able to keep in touch with my old friends. I want to hang with friends outside of school more often. I would also like to make more friends everywhere not just at school. I want to be more friendly to people and not just go off first impressions before I meet them.
I hope I can accomplish most of these goals if not all of them in the four years here. Also when it comes time for me to graduate, I hope I'll get into Brigham Young University. And that I can acquire a scholarship to a college through sports and or academics. In time I hope in accomplishing these littler goals I can accomplish bigger goals throughout my life time.
